Akkodis is seeking a Product Owner for a Contract job with a client in Dallas, TX . The ideal candidate must have strong experience in Product Ownership, Solution Discovery, and Business Process Analysis, along with the ability to drive clarity and decision-making in ambiguous environments.

Rate Range:

$58/hour to $61/hour ; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Product Owner job responsibilities include:

Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while serving as the voice of the customer. Lead product discovery efforts and independently drive solution definition for complex business challenges. Manage and continuously refine the product backlog to align with evolving customer needs, market demands, and business objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and development teams to gather requirements and ensure a shared understanding of product goals. Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization activities within Agile delivery teams. Analyze business processes, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or related role.

Strong experience in:

Product Ownership Solution Discovery Business Process Analysis Agile Product Delivery Stakeholder Management Requirements Gathering Proven ability to work independently and drive solutions in ambiguous environments. Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, and prioritization activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience utilizing Generative AI tools as part of product management and business analysis activities. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud . Knowledge of Software Product Management methodologies and Agile frameworks. Experience supporting digital transformation, customer experience, or enterprise platform initiatives.
