- plays a critical role in shaping and delivering digital and data-driven solutions that enable business performance across Phillips 66 operations.
- What You'll Do
- + Lead the discovery, definition, and delivery of complex digital, data, and AI‑enabled products aligned with business strategies across refining, transportation, commercial, and marketing functions.
- What You'll Bring
- Required
- + Legally authorized to work in the job posting country + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field + 6 or more years of progressively complex experience in business systems, digital products, or technology-enabled transformation initiatives

- + Experience leading or advising data, analytics, or AI product initiatives + Background in oil and gas, supply and trading, value chain optimization, or large-scale industrial environments + Experience with enterprise platforms, cloud technologies, or modern application architectures + Product management, agile, or business analysis certifications + Strong ability to influence without authority and lead through complexity and change + Demonstrated experience translating complex business requirements into scalable digital or data-driven solutions + Experience working in agile delivery environments and collaborating with cross-functional product, data, and engineering teams + Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills •Compensation Range•This position has a base salary range of $180,900•$211,100.
