 Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Position Overview Our client is seeking a Technical Product Owner to support a highly integrated supply chain ecosystem responsible for processing operational transactions between enterprise applications and external business partners. This individual will serve as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, operations teams, and software engineering organizations to ensure integrations, workflows, and system enhancements accurately support business requirements. The ideal candidate combines product ownership and business analysis expertise with strong technical aptitude. This person must be comfortable analyzing data, understanding integration workflows, interpreting JSON payloads, reviewing API documentation, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to define and deliver new capabilities. Success in this role requires someone who can quickly understand complex operational processes, translate business needs into detailed user stories, and support the evolution of a high-volume transaction platform that supports critical supply chain operations. Key Technologies Oracle EBS REST APIs JSON Swagger / OpenAPI SQL Azure Azure Functions Integration Platforms Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Agile / Scrum Primary Responsibilities Own and manage product backlog activities including prioritization, refinement, and delivery coordination. Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across operations, product, and technology teams. Create detailed user stories, process flows, business requirements, and acceptance criteria. Develop a strong understanding of enterprise integration workflows and transaction lifecycles. Partner closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives. Analyze JSON payloads and API transactions to support new feature development and troubleshooting efforts. Review Swagger/OpenAPI documentation to understand integration requirements, field mappings, and system interactions. Support investigation and resolution of production issues by analyzing transaction flows, business events, and source system data. Utilize SQL to validate data, perform research, and support issue analysis. Coordinate integration efforts between internal platforms and external business partners. Ensure business rules, workflows, and operational processes are accurately reflected within system behavior. Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, or Technical Business Analyst. Experience working with integration-heavy enterprise applications. Strong understanding of REST APIs and system integrations. Ability to read and interpret JSON payloads. Experience working with Swagger/OpenAPI documentation. Working knowledge of SQL with the ability to query data and support troubleshooting activities. Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and functional requirements. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working within Agile development environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). Experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, manufacturing, or reverse logistics operations. Understanding of inventory transactions, receiving, shipping, order management, and SKU lifecycle processes. Experience working with Azure-based applications and integration platforms. Exposure to event-driven architectures and microservices. Experience supporting high-volume transaction processing environments.
