Product Owner#26-09447 Plano, TX Onsite Contract Starts 11/23/2026 Ends 11/22/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Product Owner for a hybrid position (3 days onsite) with a Global Financial Institution located in Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role involves owning the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for Emerging Technology solutions that support Global Operations. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders, technology teams, and various stakeholders to define and prioritize product capabilities, with a focus on leveraging Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and intelligent automation to enhance operational performance.
Responsibilities:
Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for Emerging Technology solutions supporting Global Operations Partner with business leaders, operations executives, technology teams, architecture, risk,pliance, and control partners to define and prioritize product capabilities Develop, maintain, and prioritize product backlogs to ensure delivery teams are focused on the highest-value opportunities Translate business challenges and strategic objectives into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable oues Drive Agile delivery practices and serve as the primary decision-maker for product requirements, priorities, and scope Evaluate opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and other emerging technologies to improve operational performance Establish success metrics and KPIs to measure product adoption, efficiency gains, risk reduction, and business value realization Support adoption and change management activities to ensure successful deployment and utilization of delivered capabilities Collaborate with global stakeholders to continuously refine product strategy and align delivery with evolving business needs Act as an advocate for innovation while maintaining strong focus on governance,pliance, operational resilience, and risk management
Requirements:
5+ years of Product Owner, Product Management, Business Analysis, or related experience within a large andplex organization Demonstrated experience working in Agile delivery environments utilizing Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, or similar methodologies Ability to define product strategy, managepeting priorities, and make value-based tradeoff decisions Strong experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into actionable product features and user stories Exceptional stakeholder management andmunication skills with the ability to influence across business and technology organizations Experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and delivery execution using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making Knowledge of software development lifecycle practices and experience partnering closely with engineering teams Ability to articulateplex business and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Desired skills: Prior experience serving in the role of a Technology Product Owner Experience supporting Global Operations, Operations Transformation, Shared Services, or Financial Services organizations Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Document Processing, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and related emerging technology capabilities Experience delivering enterprise-scale modernization, digital transformation, or innovation initiatives Familiarity with banking operational processes, regulatory requirements, risk management, and control frameworks Professional Product Owner certification such as CSPO, PSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or equivalent Experience working with cloud-based technologies, data platforms, workflow solutions, and analytics tools Proven ability to lead global initiatives across multiple business units and time zones Experience establishing product KPIs, benefit realization frameworks, and operational performance measures Advanced degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Strong passion for innovation and continuous improvement with a demonstrated ability to identify and scale new technology capabilities Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
