Description The Senior Product Owner is responsible for defining competitive market requirements, identifying opportunities and developing the business case for improvement. Leads the project team to execute enhancements and market the product that ensures the competitiveness of existing products. Understands customer's needs for the product and optimizes the experience and delivery to drive key performance indicators (KPIs). Leverage market intelligence, competitive analysis, customer research, and feedback. Translates customer needs and wants into requirements, and shepherd requirements through to delivery through collaboration with Product Team
Researches and identifies industry best practices and trends to increase effectiveness, and develops detailed requirements, feature definitions and implementation plans
Leads team collaboration to manage and prioritize product roadmap and releases and utilizes a prioritization methodology that considers both positive impacts to bank and customers
Generates meaningful insights to inform experience improvements
Establishes and monitors KPI plans for digital platforms
Consults with Revenue Owner and other business partners to understand current and future business needs requiring multiapplication solutions, and collaborates with marketing, information technology, and other stakeholders to drive effective strategies for achieving goals
Prepares presentations, presents, and communicates complex concepts to a diverse audience including executive management and board of directors
May require work on physical premises
