Insight Global is seeking a Jira SME for a large financial client in Chandler, AZ. As the global technology infrastructure organizations adopt a product centric operating model, it is important that we manage work correctly through JIRA. As ARC, along with other projects owned by the team, are critical cross-organizational programs, this role will ensure proper management of multiple programs through JIRA, as well as assist in transitioning to JIRA including developing process, documentation and training for the team. - 5+ years of JIRA expertise - working within complex environments (includes Issue Collectors, reporting, JQL)
- Expertise with Confluence site design, coding and maintenance
- Experience of AGILE project management principles
- Strong Microsoft skills including
Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OneDrive and Teams Plusses:
- Process design, simplification and efficiency
- Experience working within a highly regulated environment, e.
