We need strong Scrum master consultant not Program or Project manager. Job Summary This is a backfill role, We are looking for an experienced Technical Scrum Master with a strong Retail and eCommerce background to lead Agile teams delivering enterprise-scale digital initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience managing retail applications, omnichannel platforms, CRM implementations, order management, inventory management, payments, and customer-facing digital solutions. Required Experience
  • 10+ years of IT experience 5+ years as Technical PM, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead Strong Retail and eCommerce industry experience Experience managing cross-functional Agile teams Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Agile delivery teams using Scrum and SAFe methodologies Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives Manage project roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and budgets Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to prioritize backlog Drive execution of Retail and eCommerce initiatives Coordinate releases across development, QA, business, and production support teams Track project health through Agile metrics and reporting Remove team impediments and ensure continuous delivery Manage vendor and third-party integrations Support modernization and digital transformation initiatives Retail Domain Experience Required Hands-on experience supporting one or more of: • eCommerce platforms Omnichannel retail Inventory Management Order Management Systems (OMS) Product Information Management (PIM) Supply Chain Systems Retail POS Loyalty Programs Payments and Transaction Processing Customer Experience Platforms Preferred Certifications • PMP SAFe Agilist / SAFe Scrum Master PMI-ACP Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Technical Scrum Master - Retail1Agile, Scrum ContractUnited States
