We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors transformation program within a leading utility organization. This role will facilitate Agile delivery across cross-functional SAP teams, ensuring alignment between Agile execution and traditional ERP program governance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Scrum Master experience supporting
SAP S/4HANA
implementations, SAP support organizations, or major ERP transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as Scrum Master for 1-2 Agile teams supporting SAP S/4HANA or SuccessFactors delivery. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, SAP Functional Consultants, and System Integrators to manage and prioritize backlogs. Coordinate dependencies, risks, blockers, and deliverables across SAP workstreams including Finance, Supply Chain, Asset Management, HR, and Data Migration. Support Agile-at-scale activities such as PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Release Planning. Navigate hybrid Agile and traditional PMO governance models. Track Agile metrics and reporting using Jira and related tools. Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to ensure successful delivery and program alignment.
Must-Have Skills:
5+ years of Scrum Master experience in enterprise Agile environments. Experience supporting
SAP S/4HANA
implementations or SAP support organizations. Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and hybrid Agile delivery models. Experience managing cross-team dependencies within large ERP transformation programs. Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools. Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, coaching, and conflict resolution skills. Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
Preferred Experience:
SAP S/4HANA
implementation programs. SAP SuccessFactors transformation initiatives. SAP Data Migration, Data Conversion, Data Cleansing, Reporting, and Analytics workstreams. Utility, Energy, or large enterprise transformation environments.
Industry Experience:
Utilities, Energy, Manufacturing, Transportation, or other asset-intensive industries preferred. Experience supporting enterprise-scale ERP modernization and digital transformation programs.
