Job Description

Key Responsibilities Serve as the Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies Drive Agile practices and ensure teams follow Scrum principles and established best practices Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and scope changes Coordinate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, QA teams, and other project teams to ensure successful delivery Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable tasks Maintain and manage product and project backlogs using Jira Track sprint progress, team velocity, project status, delivery metrics, and Agile performance indicators Identify and remove impediments and blockers that may impact team productivity or project delivery Facilitate communication between technical and business teams and provide regular project status updates Perform data analysis and validation using SQL when required Support process improvement initiatives and promote continuous improvement across Agile teams Manage project risks, dependencies, stakeholder expectations, and changes to scope Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives, quality standards, and regulatory requirements Work closely with healthcare and pharmaceutical stakeholders to understand domain-specific processes, data, and compliance requirements Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience Bachelors Degree Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Project Management Professional (PMP) Professional Scrum Master (PSM) SAFe Scrum Master Skills Jira
