Full Job Description Overview:

This Scrum Master position requires at least a DoD Secret Clearance, Top Secret w/SCI Eligibility preferred. This position is located in Colorado Springs, CO.
Responsibilities:
The Scrum Master will collaborate with a diverse program team and must be able to communicate effectively in obtaining and synthesizing requirements. This role will understand Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Scrum Master best practices and develop relationships with development partners across the enterprise security supporting Cyber Operations (6 STS) program office in the following related tasks: Lead, oversee, and direct multiple project teams and subcontractor team members to deliver exceptionally client rated products and/or services. Lead and facilitate daily/weekly status meetings with team members, partners, and customer point-of-contacts. Collaborate with government stakeholders, partners, and subcontractors to support project requirements and mission objectives. Work with external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project teams. Facilitate team organization and ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily scrums/stand-ups, sprint/iteration reviews/demos and retrospectives). Identify and remove any impediments/distractions that interfere with the team's ability to deliver against their commitments. Facilitate the creation and adoption of working agreements and definitions of done, including the use of appropriate tools, standards, and best practices. Conduct planning, quality control, risk mitigation, and critical thinking to optimize outcomes. Implement and employ appropriate coaching and development techniques. Facilitate and enable an environment of collaboration and creativity and empower the team to self-organize around achieving their commitments. Collaborate regularly with peers and groups on cross functional initiatives to improve overall company performance. Provide thought leadership on Agile, project management, governance, and service delivery. Additional duties' as assigned.
