Build and manage JIRA workflows, boards, dashboards, filters, and automation rules tailored to release operations and Agile governance. Integrate JIRA with CI/CD and DevSecOps toolchains (GitHub, GitLab/Jenkins, Slack) to improve release visibility and automation. Track release metrics (flow efficiency, velocity, throughput, WIP) and provide reports to program leadership to drive continuous improvement.
