Job Description
Job Description We are seeking a Technical Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery efforts supporting a large-scale Data Governance (DG) Modernization, EDI Transition, and Real-Time Data Extract initiative. This role will be responsible for driving cross-functional delivery execution, removing impediments, managing dependencies, and ensuring successful modernization of critical data and integration platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong Agile leadership with a technical understanding of integrations, APIs, cloud technologies, and enterprise modernization efforts. Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and program increment planning.
- Drive delivery execution across modernization, EDI transformation, and real-time data initiatives.
- Manage cross-team dependencies and coordinate activities among product, engineering, architecture, and vendor partners.
- Monitor team capacity, sprint health, and delivery commitments to ensure predictable outcomes.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and delivery risks.
- Coordinate releases and support end-to-end deployment planning.
- Maintain and administer Agile management tools such as Jira and Rally.
- Develop and track Agile delivery metrics, flow efficiency, and team performance indicators.
- Partner with technical leadership to support architecture alignment and modernization objectives.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure delivery transparency and alignment. Success Measures

https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. Skills and Requirements- 5+ years of Scrum Master experience supporting technical product engineering teams.
- Healthcare or insurance claims domain expertise required.
- Strong understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies with SAFe certification.
- Experience managing large-scale technology modernization initiatives with delivery metrics, risk and gap analysis, documentation, and coordination.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
- Expertise with JIRA and Rally.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Technical Experience
