Job Description

Job Description 50-60/hr This person will support Product & Design by leading Agile ceremonies, managing sprint activities, tracking project progress, and helping teams stay aligned on priorities. They will work closely with stakeholders to remove blockers, improve team processes, and ensure projects move forward smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while helping teams deliver high-quality digital products and customer experiences.   •  5+ years of Scrum Master experience
  •  Experience leading Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming)
  •  Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies
  •  Experience working with Product, Design, and Engineering teams
  •  Experience using Jira or similar project tracking tools
  •  Strong communication and organizational skills
  •  Ability to identify and remove roadblocks for teams
  •  Experience tracking team progress and managing priorities
  •  Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe, etc.)
  •  Experience supporting UI/UX or Product Design teams
  •  Experience with Figma, Miro, or other collaboration tools
  •  Experience supporting digital product teams
  •  Knowledge of user-centered design processes
