Job Requirements Washington, DC Top Secret Polygraph not specified Mid Level Career (5+ yrs experience) $120,000 - $135,000 Job Description The Scrum Master will: Exhibit Lean-Agile leadership, adopt and apply Agile Principles, and implement Agile practices Promote Agile quality practices so the team can meet its goals. Identify and work to mitigate impediments Facilitate all team meetings, including (but not limited to) the Daily Stand-Up, Sprint Planning, and Sprint Retrospective Guide the team in estimating the team's work Keep the team focused on daily and sprint goals to include achieving results, quality, flow, and velocity Identify functional requirements and create user stories Test developed stories and ensure application quality Solve problems and provide technical support to application end users Develop and maintain documentation and training materials Assist with data mapping Qualifications TS Cleared Required to report to client site (downtown DC) 5 times a week Bachelor's Degree Minimum 5 years of work experience (including internships) Clear written communication and documentation skills Experience with Agile framework and working on a Kanban or Scrum team Experience with creating and monitoring tasks in JIR Application/software requirements gathering experience group id: 91017793 Log in to view the job poster Apply now
