Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
- Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives).
- Proficient in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, Trello).
- Ability to coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices.
- Knowledge of Kanban and other Agile methodologies.
- Strong skills in impediment removal and risk management.
- Understanding of story point estimation and backlog management.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. Roles Responsibilities
- Serve as a servant leader to one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
- Facilitate all Scrum events and support the Product Owner in backlog refinement.
- Remove impediments and help the team stay focused on delivering value.
- Ensure transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies through effective reporting.
- Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable feedback loops.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Stakeholders to maintain a healthy product backlog.
- Track and communicate team performance metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, etc.).
- Promote collaboration and self-organization within the team.
- Support the organization's Agile transformation journey by sharing best practices and coaching other teams when required.
