JOB DESCRIPTION MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT

The Release Train Engineer (RTE) - MID will support future Defense & Intelligence Programs in Tampa, FL . This role has an anticipated start date of late May 2026.

JOB DUTIES

BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

) Serve as a servant leader and Agile facilitator for the Agile Release Train (ART). Coordinate ART events, ceremonies, and processes to support value delivery and cross-team collaboration. Track execution, manage risks, and support continuous improvement activities across teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks. Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and guiding teams through delivery processes. Ability to manage risks, resolve impediments, and support multi-team collaboration effectively.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Clearance:

Current DoW TS/SCI Clearance required.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in Agile environments, Agile facilitation, or related roles.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Certifications:

Scrum Master and SAFe certifications required.

Role requirements:

Onsite 5 days Due to US Government Contract Requirements, only US Citizens are eligible for this role
