Scrum Master - Hybrid#26-07820 Charlotte, NC Des Moines, IA Onsite Contract Starts 9/03/2026 Ends 9/01/2028 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC or Des Moines, IA. This is a 24+ month contract opportunity. This role is a leadership position responsible for guiding Agile teams to consistently deliver value while continuously improving ways of working. The Scrum Master will lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks, coach teams and product partners, and ensure alignment with enterprise Agile standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies to achieve clear oues and deliverymitments Coach teams, Product Owners, and Engineering partners on Agile practices and behaviors Maintain a strong understanding of team backlog, priorities, and value delivered Protect team focus by managing scope, dependencies, and unplanned work Drive continuous improvement using metrics, retrospectives, and coaching plans Identify, track, and manage cross-team dependencies, ensuring risks are surfaced early and resolved Identify and surface impediments, maintain an impediment backlog, and drive resolution Maintain expert proficiency in JIRA by creating dashboards and automation to visualize team performance trends

Requirements:

4+ years of Scrum or Agile experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or abination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education Proven ability to facilitate Agile events and ceremonies Excellentmunication skills Ability to think creatively and solveplex problems Desired skills: Experience or training in education or coaching, with an ability to influence and guide teams Pay range: $51.09 - $59.09 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
