Pay Range:

$50hr - $55hr The Senior Project Manager / Senior Scrum Master is responsible for leading project teams, managing delivery timelines, and ensuring successful project execution using Agile and traditional project management methodologies. This role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing project risks, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and quality expectations.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects within scope, on time, and within budget. Serve as the Scrum Master by facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles. Remove impediments and support team productivity during sprint cycles. Implement and manage change management processes to control project scope changes. Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to track project progress. Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution. Monitor project performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities. Optimize project delivery through continuous process improvements.

Skills:

Expertise in Scrum Master practices including facilitating Scrum events and team coaching. Strong knowledge of project management and change management methodologies. Proficiency in Agile methodology and Agile project delivery frameworks. Strong communication and leadership skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Strong time management and task prioritization skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities. Stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Should Have:

Agile methodology experience. Confluence experience. Waterfall project management knowledge. Stakeholder management experience.

Qualification And Education:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Certified Scrum Master (CSM). PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
