Hybrid15 plus years of demonstrated hands-on experience as a Scrum Master Project managerProject management experience in Java Big Data very beneficialShould have worked on Agile Scrum project and well versed with all scrum practices ceremoniesScrum certification is added advantageShould have a good knowledge on Jira usage dashboardSound Project Management Experience and strong in Planning Scheduling and TrackingCost Estimation and managing the budgetOnsite work experience and managing the stakeholdersExperience in multivendor project executionReporting and tracking the project progress Proactive in identifying and tracking the dependenciesGood People Management SkillsWell Experienced in organization metrics calculation and updatedResponsibilitiesPlanning and tracking the project level effort budget and costWell Experienced in organization metrics calculation and updatesSupporting the offshore team and ensure clear communication channels are established between onsite offshoreReporting senior management periodically on the portfolio updatesMust have experience of collaborating with the entirely different teamsDemonstrating good leadership skillsShould have very good decision making skills on various aspects of the project programFoster an environment of high communication collaboration and accountabilityWork with the customer Business and IT team in identifying the roadmap and circle back the requirements with offshore delivery teamWork closely with offshore delivery team and anchor the planning scheduling and coordination with multiple vendorsCoordinate between Customer and delivery team Onsite and Offshore and should be able to track the dependencies with various stakeholdersPublish periodic reports to all the stakeholders with project health and proactively highlight the dependenciesWork with technical team and identify the impediments risks for the project
