This takes hard work and innovation, and we need more like-minded people on our team. About the Role We're looking for a servant leader and Agile coach to join our team as Scrum Master. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, business-aligned Salesforce solutions through disciplined Agile execution. You will drive predictable sprint delivery, measurable business value realization, and continuous team performance improvement. You will support cross-functional teams and enable delivery outcomes, team health, and Salesforce solution impact. What You'll Do Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Support backlog health by ensuring definition of ready, story clarity, prioritization, and dependency mapping. Remove impediments by escalating blockers, coordinating dependencies, and resolving delivery issues. Communicate with stakeholders through sprint reporting, roadmap alignment, and risk updates. Coach team members through 1:1 interactions, conflict resolution, and Agile best practices. Track and analyze metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and predictability to drive improvement. Support Salesforce governance and release coordination, including deployment planning and compliance. Maintain tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps, dashboards, and documentation. Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process optimization. Basic Qualifications Agile Methodology Certified. 5-8 years of experience in software delivery. Experience deploying complex automation systems into production environments. Experience operating within security, compliance, and change-management constraints. Strong ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive delivery outcomes. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications Education:
College/University degree preferred. Salesforce certification. Experience supporting Salesforce platform delivery. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. Ability to balance Agile and hybrid delivery models.
Location:
Hopkins, MN Office The hiring base salary range for this position is 101,900 - 140,140 USD annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. What's in it for You
