Agile Scrum Master#26-06061 PROXY, NC Onsite Contract Starts 7/13/2026 Ends 7/12/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Project Coordinator / Agile Scrum Master for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering defined deliverables which require engagement from multiple teams. The ideal candidate willmunicate work objectives, coordinate delivery, manage risks, ensurepliance to standards, and provide end-to-end visibility into the health of deliverables, ensuring execution meets client expectations in terms of functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery (kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates) Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple teams Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables Promote and facilitatemunication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverablepletion and timeline Gather and facilitate status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks/issues, and schedule Ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements by working with the sponsor/stakeholders Ensure deliverablesply with Enterprise Change Management standards Support resource planning for delivery/execution

Requirements:

Ability to work with others and manage disparate teams globally Ability to manage the successful execution of technical solutions, whether by a single team or multiple teams A proven track record in a similar role Good interpersonal skills; positive attitude; team player; flexible Must be able to face off to business and technology leaders Strong written and verbalmunication skills, able to lead meetings, follow-up, negotiate and resolve ambiguity Keen attention to detail and strong sense of ownership and accountability for work Motivated to work closely and cooperatively with other team members of varying levels of seniority and experience Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work with little to no supervision Knowledge of programs and projects frameworks Experience with large-scaleplex projects Experience managing matrix resources Desired skills: Strong Project Management Skills Experience of large-scaleplex infrastructure projects Understandponents of hosting: OS, servers, storage, databases, load balancing, DMZ Jira & Confluence Knowledge MS Project, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Extensive data analysis and associated presentation skills Experience with infrastructure delivery projects (servers, storage, network, etc.) Pay range: $63.94 - $71.94 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
