Agile Scrum Master#26-05648 Charlotte, NC Plano, TX Pennington, NJ On-site Contract Starts 6/01/2026 Ends 5/31/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master for a hybrid position (minimum 3 days per week onsite) with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is responsible for providing analytical, operational, and administrative support to deliver desired business oues and to enhance the effectiveness of the broader technology organization. The position involves analyzing data, managing and disseminating KPIs, and assisting with executive reporting and dashboard development. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and work across departments to build relationships for informed decision making and to facilitate effectivemunication on processes.

Responsibilities:

Provide analytical, operational, and administrative support to deliver business oues Analyze data, manage KPIs, and assist with executive reporting and dashboard development Prepare KPIs and visualizations for an executive audience to support decision making Guide deliverables through all phases, ensuring data quality and accuracy ispleted Identify, assign, track, escalate, and resolve issues as they arise Facilitate effectivemunication on processes and collaborate with internal stakeholders

Requirements:

Experience as an Agile Scrum Master Strong project management skills with the ability to drive results Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must possess analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent oral and writtenmunication skills Excellent time management and prioritization skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc) Intermediate to Advanced Excel level Desired skills: Bachelor's degree PMP Certification Experience working in the financial industry Tableau or other data visualization skills Experience with VBA/Automation Pay range: $63.94 - $71.94 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
