Minimum10 years Job Summary Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies Work closely with Software Engineers, Tech Leads, Architects, QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and Business Analysts Understand the complete SDLC from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment, and production support. Facilitate technical discussions and help teams identify dependencies, risks, and technical blockers. Understand application architecture, APIs, microservices, databases, integrations, and cloud environments at a working level. Coordinate development, QA, UAT, release, and production activities. Ensure technical debt, refactoring, defects, security requirements, and infrastructure work are appropriately represented in the backlog. Support teams in adopting engineering best practices such as CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, and continuous integration. Sprint & Release Management Coordinate sprint planning and track progress against sprint commitments. Monitor velocity, capacity, burndown/burnup, cycle time, throughput, and other Agile metrics. Identify schedule risks and communicate them proactively. Manage cross-team dependencies and coordinate with other Scrum Masters and technical teams. Support release planning and deployment readiness. Track risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and action items.
