About the job: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery across enterprise teams. This role is focused on facilitating Scrum processes, coaching teams, and driving continuous improvement in Agile maturity. You will work closely with delivery teams and stakeholders to remove impediments, ensure transparency through metrics, and support successful program execution. Insurance and Guidewire knowledge is preferred but not required. What you will do atSogeti:
Agile Facilitation:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Ensure Agile/Scrum processes are consistently followed across delivery teamsCoaching & Team Enablement:
Coach teams to remove impediments and continuously improve Agile maturity Guide teams in adopting Agile best practices and frameworks such asScrum and SAFe Delivery Support & Transparency:
Ensure transparency of delivery progress using metrics and reporting Track and communicate delivery metrics such as velocity, burn-down, and team capacityTransformation & Change Management:
Support Agile transformation initiatives, change management, and service introductions Partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement across teamsStakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align delivery expectations Operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining delivery focus What you will bring: 7+ years of professional experience in IT delivery, Agile coaching, or Scrum Master roles Strong experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching Agile teams Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar Experience with delivery metrics, reporting, and project lifecycle tracking Strong leadership, mentoring, and facilitation skills Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skillsPreferred Qualifications:
Insurance industry experience Experience with Guidewire or Duck Creek platforms Program or Project Management certification (PMP) Scrum or Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, etc.)Education:

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $85,000 - $120,000. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
