Job Description
We are looking for a Scrum Master to support agile software delivery in Rochester, New York. This role blends servant leadership with hands-on technical awareness, helping teams stay aligned on priorities, delivery progress, and quality expectations. The position also contributes to software engineering efforts by supporting architecture discussions, development practices, and issue resolution in a regulated environment. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with at least 3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and practice. At least 2 years of experience serving in a Scrum Master capacity within a software development organization. Working knowledge of agile delivery tools and development workflows, including platforms such as Azure DevOps or similar systems, source control, and CI/CD practices.
