Job Description We are seeking a Lead Agilist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Scrum, Agile coaching, and facilitation and a proven ability to build high-performing teams, remove impediments, and enable delivery of business value .
Responsibilities:
Coach Agile Squads on Scrum values, principles, and practices while modeling servant leadership. Facilitate Scrum events and ensure teams realize value from Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective, and Backlog Refinement. Mentor Product Owners and Development Teams on effective backlog management, clarity of outcomes, and success criteria. Foster self-organization, continuous improvement, cross-functionality, and constructive conflict resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in Scrum and Agile practices, including facilitation, mentoring, and coaching. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using empirical data and feedback loops. Effective communication and collaboration abilities across multiple organizational levels. 5+ years of full-time business experience and 3+ years of Scrum experience.
Preferred Skills:
Working knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, testing frameworks, TDD, and automation practices. Familiarity with Kanban, Scrumban, XP, and Mob Programming, and experience improving team dynamics.
