Full Job Description Job Description:

A growing professional services organization is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile software development initiatives. This role is responsible for guiding cross-functional teams in Agile best practices, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring effective collaboration between stakeholders and development teams. The Scrum Master will play a key role in promoting continuous improvement, removing obstacles, and helping teams deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment. This position requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and experience working within structured development lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Coach teams on Agile methodologies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritization, and user story development Identify and remove impediments to team progress Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment Utilize tools such as JIRA and Confluence to track progress and maintain documentation Ensure alignment with software development lifecycle processes and evolving requirements

Required Qualifications:

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master Active TS/SCI security clearance Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and software development lifecycle Experience with Agile practices such as user stories, continuous integration/testing, and backlog management Excellent verbal and written communication skills
