Scrum Master#26-08125 Pittsburgh, PA Onsite Contract Starts 7/13/2026 Ends 7/12/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master for a contract position with a Major Financial Institution located in Pittsburgh, PA. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role supports one to two Scrum Teams by fostering Agile values and practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching the team, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, identifying and removing impediments, and ensuring the team remains focused on their priorities.

Responsibilities:

Support and facilitate one to two Scrum Teams in various functions by fostering Agile values and practices Ensure team adnce to Agile principles and provide coaching on how to execute the Scrum framework Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies Identify improvement opportunities to optimize velocity and quality while mitigating risk Track andmunicate the overall team progress, providing visibility to stakeholders Serve as a filter to remove impediments to progress as identified by the team Protect the team from outside influences to ensure the team remains focused on priorities

Requirements:

3-6 years of experience in a similar role Proficiency with Agile Methodology and Scrum Ceremonies Experience with Atlassian Jira and Backlog Management Knowledge of Continuous Improvement and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Experience with Program Administration Pay range: $53.13 - $61.13 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
