Remove impedements
Run daily standups
Backlog grooming & retrospectives
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a SDLC enviornment
Excellent orgnizational & communication skills
Bonus Points:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other certification
