Agile Scrum Master#26-05749 Chandler, AZ 40% Remote Contract Starts 8/01/2026 Ends 8/01/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master / Delivery Lead for a hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is for a seasoned leader to drive end-to-end execution of ITSM capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. The Scrum Master/Delivery Lead will be responsible for the leadership, coordination, and delivery of strategic programs and projects, blending enterprise delivery leadership with portfolio governance to ensure initiatives achieve targeted business oues. This position partners closely with senior business and technology leaders to plan, execute, and monitor a diverse portfolio of initiatives using Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies. This role is hybrid, requiring at least 3 days onsite per week.

Responsibilities:

Partner with senior leaders and executive sponsors to define target business oues, success metrics, and delivery priorities Support portfolio level planning, delivery coordination, and dependency management across multiple programs and projects Provide visibility into portfolio health, delivery status, risks, dependencies, and financials to senior management Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of programs and projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources Translate strategic objectives into executable delivery plans and roadmaps Identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, and impediments across initiatives Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid delivery approaches as appropriate Manage program and project financials, forecasts, and budgets Ensure initiativesply with Enterprise Change Management Policies, standards, and controls Partner with Risk and Compliance teams to mitigate delivery, operational, and technical risks

Requirements:

Typically 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, and/or Technical Project/Program Management roles Proven experience deliveringplex infrastructure or technology programs (e.g., cloud transformation, network modernization, platform engineering) Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional dependencies and large-scale initiatives Experience operating within Agile and hybrid delivery models (Scrum, SAFe, or similar frameworks) Experience leading work in matrixed and/or global environments Bachelor's degree, equivalent experience, or specialized training Strong business acumen with the ability to connect delivery execution to measurable business oues Excellent verbal, written, and executive-levelmunication skills Program and project management experience across multiple initiatives and delivery stages Expertise with Agile tools (Jira, Jira Align, Confluence) and MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint Broad technical background supporting infrastructure, networking, Public Cloud, and AI technologies Understanding of financial services and/or regulated environments Desired skills: PMP certification Certified Scrum Master SAFe / Agile certifications Release Train Engineer (RTE) PM / PO certifications Pay range: $63.94 - $71.94 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
