Agile Scrum Master#26-06493 Plano, TX Hybrid Contract Starts 9/01/2026 Ends 8/31/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. As a Contractor Scrum Master supporting Technology Infrastructure Priorities, you will enable one Agile team within a Scaled Agile (ART) environment to deliver technology oues across Database, Middleware, and Messaging platforms. You will be accountable for facilitating the Scrum operating rhythm, strengthening delivery predictability, managing dependencies and impediments, and ensuring alignment with Enterprise Change Management and other policy requirements. This role is PI Planning-critical, driving readiness and ensuring post-PI execution stays aligned to objectives, risks, andmitments.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate and continuously improve Scrum ceremonies: S Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, S Review/Demo, and Retrospectives Lead PI Planning preparation for the team, ensuring objectives, dependencies, risks, and capacity assumptions are ready Create stakeholder transparency bymunicating plans, progress, risks, and dependencies using Jira/Jira Align and concise updates Proactively manage delivery risk through dependency mapping, impediment removal, and ensuringpliance with Enterprise Change Management Partner with Product Owner/Product Manager to maintain a healthy backlog with clear priorities and ready stories Leverage Copilot Chat (AI) to help formulate and dpose deliverables into epics and user stories Use Jira Software Plans (Advanced Roadmaps) to validate andmunicate the team's plan Own the operating rhythm for Plans hygiene, resolving warnings to maintain trustworthy roadmap views Use metrics (WIP, cycle time, throughput) to drive improvement and coach the team Coach for team health and performance, focusing on psychological safety, conflict navigation, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience 10+ years of delivery experience on Agile teams inplex enterprise environments Minimum 1 year of AI experience, preferably utilizing CoPilot Demonstrated mastery in Scrum facilitation and coaching Scaled Agile experience in an ART model, including PI Planning and execution Practical experience leveraging Copilot Chat (AI) to accelerate deliverable formulation and dposition Comfort operating in governance/change-control environments Experience creating and maintaining Jira Software Plans (Advanced Roadmaps) views Must be able to work a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite Desired skills: Servant leader who removes friction, protects team focus, and builds trust Facilitator who designs sessions that drive decisions and oues Coach who can shift teams from unpredictable delivery to stable flow Systems thinker who identifies root causes and improves the delivery system Oue-first partner to Product, ensuring goals are meaningful and testable Operationally disciplined with clean, reliable Jira/Jira Align signals AI-enabled backlog leader who leverages Copilot Chat while ing strong human judgment Plans power-user who uses Jira Software Plans to validate sequencing andmunicate roadmaps Pay range: $68.38 - $76.38 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
