Commonwealth Technology Center (CTC) or Downtown Harrisburg Position Overview The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Enterprise Cloud Team Scrum Master to support cloud technology initiatives by coordinating Agile project activities, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring effective collaboration between Cloud Operations, Cloud Engineering, Cloud Architecture, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong Agile/Scrum expertise, project coordination experience, and familiarity with cloud technologies and SDLC practices. Required Skills 10+ years of experience supporting Agile project management, Scrum delivery practices, or operational coordination Experience using project management, ticketing, collaboration, and work tracking tools Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum and Kanban Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement) Experience tracking project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and operational priorities Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and documentation skills Preferred Skills Cloud certifications such as: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner Microsoft Azure Fundamentals Google Cloud Digital Leader Experience supporting cloud operations, cloud engineering, or cloud architecture teams Experience preparing dashboards, status reports, sprint metrics, and governance presentations Key Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement Coordinate project activities, operational requests, maintenance efforts, and cloud service improvements Monitor sprint progress, work completion, dependencies, risks, and project milestones Collaborate with Cloud Operations, Engineering, Architecture teams, vendors, and business stakeholders Support business analysis activities, requirements documentation, and project planning Maintain project documentation, sprint artifacts, dashboards, risk logs, meeting notes, and status reports Prepare leadership updates, governance presentations, and operational metrics Promote Agile best practices and improve collaboration across technical teams Primary Skills Scrum Master, Agile Project Management, Scrum, Kanban, SDLC, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, Project Coordination, Operational Coordination, Cloud Operations, Cloud Engineering, Cloud Architecture, Project Management, Ticketing Systems, Work Tracking, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Documentation, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Google Cloud Digital Leader.
