ABOUT THE ROLE
- The
- Scrum Master 2
- for Entegral is responsible for leading 2 or more self-organizing teams, facilitating the Kanban & Scrum processes using agile methodology, managing the product delivery execution, removing impediments to progress and assessing and coaching the scrum team to improve efficiency of the delivery.

Pay Range:
$91,500 - $112,100_ _Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs. - Responsibilities
- + Drive the execution of Scrum, Kanban on the cross-functional product teams, operationalize flow frameworks within a Product Operating Model to shorten delivery cycles and eliminate bottlenecks; evaluate delivery maturity and leverage continuous feedback loops to optimize throughput, predictability, and product delivery execution + Facilitate high-impact Agile ceremonies and technical alignment sessions using servant leadership to drive self-organization, collaborative decision-making, and team consensus without dictating work + Drive sprint delivery commitments by supporting day-to-day team execution; to support the Product Manager and team step in to perform hands-on functional, edge-case, and user acceptance testing as needed to clear quality bottlenecks and achieve the team's Definition of Done + Cultivate a blameless, high-trust engineering environment centered on psychological safety, fast feedback, root-cause analysis, and transparent problem-solving + Configure and maintain Jira board workflows, filters, and capacity plans; build and analyze performance dashboards using Jira and Looker Studio to track flow metrics (cycle time, lead time, WIP limits, burndown) to drive empirical execution improvements + Proactively identify, escalate, and eliminate technical dependencies, operational roadblocks, and cross-team blockers; partner with technical leads to identify upskilling opportunities that build team autonomy + Partner with Product Managers and Product Owners to refine backlogs, break down complex epics into clear technical stories meeting the Definition of Ready, and align sprint goals directly with product roadmaps + Maintain domain expertise in emerging software delivery techniques, tooling, and Product Operating Model frameworks through active self-assessment, technical skill development, and performance goal setting •Qualifications•+ Must be presently authorized to work in the U.
