Job Description
Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst/Scrum Master to support the ongoing operation and enhancement of a legacy on-premises Data Warehouse environment while helping lead a strategic modernization initiative to migrate from AIX, Mainframe, Ab Initio, and DataStage technologies to native Google Cloud Platform (GCP) solutions utilizing BigQuery SQL and Python. This individual will serve a hybrid role, combining Agile delivery leadership with business analysis responsibilities, working closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and product owners to manage production support, coordinate new application enhancements, document requirements, develop user stories, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and drive execution of modernization efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong healthcare data experience, a deep understanding of data warehouse and reporting environments, and the ability to quickly analyze complex data flows, identify dependencies and risks, and develop actionable plans that ensure successful project delivery. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to bridge business and technical teams throughout a large-scale cloud transformation initiative. We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.
