Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Scrum Lead to support a top global consulting client. This client delivers solutions through innovative management consulting, technology, and corporate & digital ventures. The Scrum Lead will be supporting 2-3 squads on critical initiatives that impact the entire organization. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

•  

Drive End-to-End Delivery:

o Manage dependencies, risks, and constraints o Ensure a clear path to production

•  

Facilitate Release Planning and Risk Management:

o Improve agility in processes and tools to reduce time to market and enable faster deployments to productions o Identify risks that may impact product delivery and mitigate them proactively

•  

Metrics and Reporting:

o Track key metrics and OKRs such as velocity, lead time, cycle time, and predictability to evaluate squad's performance.

•  Coach on

Agile Processes:

o Guide teams in adopting Agile practices like Scrum, Kanban, or a hybrid approach tailored to the product development context

•  Partner with

Product Owners:

o Ensure delivery aligns with the vision and business strategy o Define and track OKRs successful completion This is a full-time position with Insight Global and will sit fully remote in India. •  Minimum of 10 years of experience as an agile program delivery manager/scrum lead within a large global enterprise environment
•  Proven track record of driving end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale digital and technology programs, from planning through production and stabilization
•  Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and other agile frameworks
•  Proven ability to manage dependencies across multiple teams and functions, ensuring alignment with business value and priorities
•  Deep understanding of the software delivery lifecycle, including release management, path to production, and operational readiness
•  Strong communication and leadership skills, balancing assertiveness with collaboration, with experience in senior stakeholder engagement and strategic discussions
•  Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP, or equivalent)
•  Experience with OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) and driving goal alignment
•  Professional services industry experience
