Scrum Master

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a scrum master to work for one of our client's in the Kansas City area. This is a hybrid position, requiring some in office days. Our client is looking for a scrum master that can come in, lead teams that are focused on development, and comfortably lead/facilitate agile ceremonies. There will be some "project manager" duties that this role will call for such as helping with budget planning and project plans. The ideal candidate for this role has extensive scrum experience, able to articulate to teams why scrum as a process is valuable, and deliver successful releases. There will be about 6 releases a year per team. This person will work alongside 3 other scrum masters, however, each are assigned to different teams and projects. This position will operate on the standard 40 hour work week schedule, unless there is a sprint cycle that is ending, then it may call for some additional hours, but rarely. • Experience with Jira
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar
• Mobile application experience
• Scrum certifications
• Experience with SAFe
