6 Month ContractPosition OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Coach to support Agile delivery across strategic technology initiatives. This individual will facilitate Agile practices, coach teams, and help drive successful implementation of enterprise applications, CRM initiatives, system integrations, and digital transformation projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices.

Remove impediments and proactively manage delivery risks.

Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Support CRM implementations, integrations, upgrades, and optimization efforts.

Coordinate activities among development teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.

Track Agile metrics and delivery performance.

Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to leadership.

Support organizational change management and adoption efforts.

Drive Agile maturity across teams and departments.
