Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data platform industry, is seeking a dedicated
  • Scrum Master
  • to join their innovative team. As a
  • _Scrum Master,_
  • you will be an integral part of the Data Engineering and Delivery team supporting the development and enhancement of a cutting-edge AI-powered Data Value Platform. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong facilitation skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

  • What's the Job?
  • + Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth delivery cycles.
+ Maintain a consistent two-week sprint cadence aligned with project goals and team capacity. + Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate evolving feedback into actionable sprint priorities. + Identify and remove blockers to keep the team focused and productive. + Support continuous improvement initiatives through effective retrospectives and coaching.
  • What's Needed?
  • + Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent) with at least 5 years of experience in Agile delivery.
+ Proven track record facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing multiple concurrent workstreams. + Familiarity with AI/ML, data platforms, or enterprise data governance programs. + Excellent facilitation and communication skills to engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders. + Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with evolving priorities and scope.
