We are seeking a Scrum Master to facilitate and guide the development team through its activities while collecting metrics to improve productivity and performance
Responsibilities:
As an integral member of our team, you will hone your skills and support aircraft specific solutions and integrate with flight hardware.
Successful candidates will engage in:
  • Participate in Program level planning and coordination
  • Identify and manage program risks and metrics
  • Define and monitor Team level goals—committed and stretch goals
  • Manage Team backlog (prioritize, size, refine)
  • Facilitate Sprint planning and implementation
  • Lead Daily Scrum meeting
  • Participate in Scrum of Scrums
  • Organize and lead Sprint review, retrospective, and demonstrations
  • Organize and lead Program increment review, retrospective, and demonstration
  • Coordinate dependencies and integration points with other teams.
  • Lead people, if assigned supervisor responsibilities

Here's what you'll need
Preferred:
  • Excellent communication and team facilitation skills
  • Agile development using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum, or Kanban
  • Agile program and team events - Planning, Demonstrations, Retrospectives
  • Agile metrics collection and analysis principles and methods
  • Team capacity planning, backlog grooming, user story definition and sizing
  • Risk management - identification and handling techniques
  • Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools (e.
g., MS Azure DevOps, Atlassian) Our teams work a compressed 9/80 schedule Must be a

Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance,
US DoD Secret or Higher Minimum Years of Experience:
Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of related experience or master's degree and/or four (4) years' experience
