Business Analysis & Requirements Management:
Strong proficiency in gathering stakeholder needs, writing functional requirements/user stories, maintaining backlogs, and bridging business goals with technical execution. Release Train Engineer (RTE) &Scaled Execution:
Expertise in steering Agile Release Trains (ARTs), facilitating Program Increment (PI) Planning, tracking release metrics, and managing enterprise-wide risks, impediments, and cross-train dependencies.Scaled Agile Framework & Leadership:
Proven track record of planning and coordinating large-scale program deliverables across multiple organizations, aligning business and IT leaders on overall strategy, target outcomes, cost, and release timelines.Agile Scrum Facilitation:
Deep expertise in running core Agile ceremonies (Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives) while guiding teams through estimation, sub-task creation, and scope-creep protection.Agile Tooling & Portfolio Analytics:
Hands-on experience with Jira/Jira Align administration, board management, and leveraging burndown charts and portfolio reporting tools to track velocity, delivery cadence, and program health.Impediment Removal & Flow Optimization:
Skilled in proactively identifying and eliminating external dependencies, resolving internal process bottlenecks, and streamlining cross-organizational workflows.Servant Leadership & Team Coaching:
Strong track record of coaching team members on Agile/SAFe principles, conducting 1-on-1s to resolve interpersonal friction, and fostering self-organizing, high-performing teams through empathy, transparent communication, and active mentoring.Compensation Hourly Rate:
$70 to $75 per hour This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.Benefits:
