Months Description:

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams, manage sprints, and ensure smooth delivery of projects. The role involves facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing blockers, and driving continuous improvement while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives Manage and track sprint progress using Jira and Confluence Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks Identify and remove impediments to keep the team productive Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders on backlog and priorities Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong problem-solving and team facilitation abilities

Qualifications:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required 5+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum roles Experience working in cross-functional and fast-paced environments
