Program Manager / PMO Director Overview Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support a large-scale enterprise data modernization initiative. This role will facilitate Agile delivery, drive collaboration across technical and business teams, remove obstacles, and help ensure successful program execution. Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize and deliver value. Manage dependencies, risks, impediments, and cross-team coordination. Maintain sprint plans, release schedules, delivery metrics, and program reporting. Track team velocity, capacity, milestones, and overall delivery health. Provide status updates and communications to leadership and stakeholders. Drive process improvements and promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and collaboration. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of Scrum Master experience supporting Agile technology teams. Experience leading large-scale technology, data, analytics, cloud, or infrastructure initiatives. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, project tracking, reporting, and dependency management. Proven ability to collaborate with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent). Experience supporting enterprise transformation or modernization initiatives. Background in healthcare, analytics, data platforms, or large-scale technology environments. Experience with Agile transformation and scaled Agile frameworks.
