Remote | 25% Travel Position Overview Seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to support digital technology initiatives focused on modernizing systems and improving business outcomes through advanced technologies. This role will lead Agile teams, drive project execution, and support delivery of scalable solutions across software, infrastructure, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate is an Agile practitioner with strong project management experience and a passion for leveraging modern technologies to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and customer experience. Key Responsibilities + Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure alignment and continuous improvement + Manage and optimize project tracking using JIRA and advanced tools such as Structure Board, Advanced Roadmapping, and Big Picture + Define project scope, deliverables, and detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets + Partner with leadership and stakeholders to communicate project vision, objectives, and progress + Build and maintain effective cross-functional project teams and stakeholder relationships + Monitor project performance and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes aligned with business objectives + Identify risks, track issues, and escalate concerns with recommended action plans + Apply project management best practices including financial management, scheduling, risk mitigation, and root cause analysis + Manage multiple projects, priorities, and resources effectively + Provide updates and reporting to senior leadership to support decision-making + Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support Agile and Lean methodologies + Promote team accountability, collaboration, and shared ownership of outcomes Requirements Required Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, OR 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree + Experience working in Agile environments with hands-on use of tools such as JIRA or similar platforms + Proven experience managing projects involving software development, infrastructure, or cybersecurity initiatives + Experience developing and managing project schedules using Microsoft Project or similar tools + Ability to travel up to 25% as needed + Work authorization that allows employment without sponsorship Preferred Qualifications + Advanced experience with JIRA, including plug-ins such as Structure Board, Advanced Roadmapping, and Big Picture + Experience working in regulated, manufacturing, or government-related environments + Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems + Experience supporting initiatives related to: + Business intelligence or data platforms + Application development + Infrastructure or cybersecurity + Experience working across both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies + PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
