The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a skilled Scrum Master who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our Navy Distributed Operations team in Austin, TX. The Scrum Master leads a up to two cross-functional teams of 5 to 8 product team members executing agile at scale supporting the Distributed Operations product for Navy Surface. The Scrum Master supports a Scrum of Scrums to provide program level metrics and schedule synchronization. The Scrum Master will coordinate with all Government product owners and all product stakeholders to include technical staff and will be able to brief both CACI and Government leadership on a product's status and associated deliverables. The Scrum Master leads and coaches scrum teams comprised of software engineers, Devops professionals, cybersecurity specialists and test engineers developing the next generation of distributed operations tools for the US Navy.
Responsibilities:
Lead an agile/scrum product team Conduct agile scrum ceremonies Track and collect agile metrics for inclusion into program level metrics Facilitate team velocity and remove blockers Support technical program leadership in conducting release planning, and system design Responsible for team performance to include delivery of documented deliverables Creates meeting agendas and tracks after action items to closure for meetings as required. Facilitates team communications and updates product owner, product stakeholders, and staff as appropriate. Prepares briefings on product status for both CACI and Government leadership. Collaborates effectively with team members across multiple organizations. Effectively documents and manages customer expectations in a fast-paced and fluid environment. Assists Project/Program Manager with the creation of contract deliverable documentation
Qualifications:
Required:
Ability to obtain an active DoD TS/SCI clearance. Experience in managing an agile team Applied understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Strong understanding of agile principles and experience coaching high-performing teams in same Bachelor's degree or an additional 5 years of relevant experience. Extensive knowledge with Microsoft Office / Teams. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
