Dallas, TX Key Responsibilities:
Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective meetings. Partner with Product Owners to define and prioritize backlogs related to Provider Enrolment and Provider Data Management. Collaborate with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of healthcare provider solutions. Identify and remove impediments that block team progress, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery. Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, promoting self-organization and continuous improvement. Track sprint metrics (velocity, burn-down charts) and communicate progress to leadership. Ensure solutions meet healthcare compliance and data privacy standards (HIPAA, PHI handling). Facilitate cross-team coordination where Provider Enrolment interacts with other domains such as Network Management and Claims.
Required Skills and Experience:
10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5+ years as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams. Strong domain expertise in Healthcare - specifically in Provider Management and Provider Enrolment (e.g., onboarding, credentialing, demographic updates). Proven experience in managing Agile projects that involve data integration between multiple healthcare systems. Experience working with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Ability to work with distributed, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification. Familiarity with Provider Network Management, Credentialing, and Healthcare Data Exchange standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7). Experience with scaling Agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS. Understanding of healthcare payer/provider ecosystems and regulatory compliance frameworks.
