- Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience
- + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience + 4+ years of relevant work experience in an agile environment + Experience coaching agile methodologies to team and stakeholders + Skills and knowledge of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency + Proven ability to promote a team environment and collaborate cross-functionally •Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience•+ Experience with driving adoption of Agile methodologies, processes and tools in a cross-functional organization + Superior analytical, problem solving and communication skills + Demonstrated experience with continuous integration/delivery + Participation in scaled agile frameworks •Skills, Licenses, and Certifications•+ Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SSM, or other scrum certification) •What you'll get•Feel free to take advantage of all that American Airlines has to offer: +
