Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Scrum Master to guide and mentor Agile teams in delivering high-quality products. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum processes, remove impediments, and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure successful and efficient delivery. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Guide and mentor teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement Manage and maintain Jira boards for multiple teams Track sprint progress and generate reports at the end of each sprint Identify and remove impediments impacting team productivity Collaborate closely with product managers, development managers, and other stakeholders Support teams in understanding development processes, testing, and deployment pipelines Promote transparency, accountability, and alignment within the team Drive continuous improvement in Agile delivery processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in Scrum Master or Agile roles Strong understanding of Scrum principles and Agile methodologies Experience managing Jira boards and Agile tracking tools Experience in project management across multiple tools and environments Understanding of software development lifecycle, testing processes, and deployment pipelines Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Scrum Master certification (preferred) Experience managing multiple teams in Agile environments
