Job Title:
Scrum Master•
Rapid AI Prototype Project Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly adaptable Scrum Master to lead agile execution for a fast-paced AI prototyping initiative. This role is focused on enabling a cross-functional team to rapidly design, build, and iterate on AI-driven solutions under tight timelines. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, fosters collaboration, and ensures delivery velocity without sacrificing quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) with a focus on speed and continuous improvement Remove impediments quickly to maintain team momentum in a rapid prototyping environment Partner with product owners, AI engineers, data scientists, and designers to align priorities and sprint goals Promote agile best practices while adapting frameworks to suit experimental and iterative AI development Track sprint progress, velocity, and deliverables; provide transparent reporting to stakeholders Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the team Support backlog grooming and ensure user stories are well-defined and actionable Help manage shifting priorities and evolving requirements typical of AI research and prototyping Encourage rapid experimentation, learning loops, and iterative releases
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and frameworks Experience working with cross-functional technical teams (engineering, data science, product) Proven ability to manage fast-paced, ambiguous projects with changing requirements Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in AI/ML, data science, or rapid prototyping environments Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar agile project management platforms Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) Experience with Lean Startup or experimentation-driven development Key Traits for
