Certifications Required Experience managing modernization or cloud-related projects. Required 8 Years Strong understanding of software development life cycle models. Required 10 Years Experience working closely with development, QA, and engineering teams. Required 7 Years Strong knowledge of Scrum methodologies and Agile delivery practices. Required 8 Years Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and guide maturing Agile teams. Required 8 Years Proficiency with Azure DevOps (Boards, tracking, visibility) or similar tool. Required 8 Years Proficiency with Microsoft Planner Premium or similar tool. Required 8 Years Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
