Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced Agile delivery specialist to support teams by guiding Scrum and Kanban practices across multiple workstreams. This long-term contract position is ideal for someone who can lead with influence, strengthen collaboration between technical and business partners, and help teams deliver consistently through disciplined agile execution. The person in this role will foster continuous improvement, promote team accountability, and create an environment where impediments are addressed quickly and effectively. Requirements Key Responsibilities Agile Leadership & Facilitation + Act as Scrum Master for 2-3 Agile teams, guiding adherence to Scrum and Kanban principles + Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and demos + Promote a culture of continuous improvement and team accountability + Track and communicate team velocity, sprint progress, and release milestones Team Coaching & Support + Coach teams on Agile best practices, backlog management, and user story development + Ensure delivery of high-quality, well-defined user stories with accurate estimation + Remove impediments and protect the team from distractions + Empower teams to self-organize and operate efficiently Cross-Functional Communication + Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders + Communicate effectively with product owners, developers, management, and support teams + Improve transparency and ensure information is clearly communicated across the organization Backlog & Delivery Support + Assist with backlog refinement and prioritization + Ensure quality and readiness of user stories + Support defect/bug prioritization and resolution Process & Performance Management + Maintain Agile process documentation and standards + Develop and track team performance metrics to drive efficiencies + Facilitate team working agreements and continuous improvement initiatives + Lead conflict resolution and foster a collaborative environment •Required Qualifications Education & Certifications + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience (10+ years) + Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent required + SAFe certification or experience (preferred) Experience + 4+ years of Scrum Master or Agile Business Analyst experience + Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, values, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) + Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) + Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with development teams Key Skills & Attributes + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and personalities + Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines + Proven ability to coach teams and drive high performance + Collaborative decision-maker with a proactive mindset + Skilled in conflict resolution and stakeholder management BPreferred Qualifications + Experience working in a SAFe or scaled Agile environment + Familiarity with development platforms, tools, and programming languages Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
